Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations that are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 20% of the total treatment cost. No-shows, or clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, will also be charged a fee of 20% of the total treatment cost. These fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
